Err 619, specified port isn’t connected.

I’m trying to connect a Windows 2000 pro machine to my Windows NT Terminal Server. It gets connected, then within a few seconds it gets the error message “Error 619. The specified port is not connected”

I’ve added the computer to the server, but we (my consultants and I) are baffeled. Any ideas?
