Error 1601 Heat Sink in Proliant ML330

Hello :

I have a problem with a Compaq Proliant ML330, the CPU fan doesn’t work, I change it with part num. 202350-001 but I get the same error code 1601 and the server reset it self again. I need to deactivate the BIOS function that checks the fan CPU function. Please some Help !!!!!
