we performed the installation using this command – C:\>msiexec /i “c:\temp\test adobe std 11 install\AcroPro11.msi” TRANSFORMS=”c:\temp\test adobe std 11 install\AcroPro11.mst”

Windows OS: Windows 11 Enterprise

The laptop is not allowed to be connected to the internet hence we have to install and activate license offline using the command shown above.
