Error 403 after Security updates

Hi guys i need help 2 weeks back Microsoft consaltant installed some security updates(well that’s what he said he did) on my server and since them my application can’t run from the web…can you please help…

the application runs from the web that’s how users connect to it and now it’s give an unauthorized error msg
