Error 425

Sir,

Hope you can help me configure my FTP server im running a Microsoft Server 2003 at, first the set up of the FTP was great then after a period of time we are keeping error on connecting in the FTP server we are receiving this message: “425 Can’t open data connection” can you tell me how to fix this? thanks
