Error accessing mail box and shared folder

Dear All,

We are having 20 computers in a LAN. I’m having problem with one of my client. The client log on the windows server with its username and password but it is unable to access its mailbox. The client also unable to open its backup folder on server.

I have created many times a new network id for that client but the problem is still continue.

Please help me. Thanks in advance.
