Error Application Popup Event ID 333

Hi All, I need help please, anyone know about this issue for interscan server applications popup error message event ID 333, you may face before or know about it.

I have this server with update with Windows SP 2, but still can’t solve it. windows server 2003 with SP2, trendmicro interscan installed.

I have reboot it after one weeks the applicatios error popup again.
