Error applying GPO

Ok this ones been bugging me for a few weeks now, I had 2 GPO one for my Domain settings and one for my WSUS settings, so a few weeks ago I got the idea to combine them into one GPO, NOW none of the settings from the GPO are being applied; I’ve tried many things to fix this problem, and as of last week I thought I had fixed them, but today when I got into for some of my server restarted from updates, n now have went back to not having the GPO settings…. does anyone have any idea on how to fix this problem at all?
