Error code while removing Spyware program

Hi. I am trying to remove SuperAntiSpyware from my system and each and every attempt including downloading a new trial package from the source I receive the following errors which stops the process
0x80070091: the directory is not empty

AND

Internal error 2324. 5. C:\Program Files (x86) SuperAntiSpyware\SASWINLO.dll

Have you ever experienced this and what was the solution to removing this trial package from my system. I’ve tried removing the package manually from the program files folder as well through the usual method in the control panel re; add/remove/change programs.

In closing, this trial package expired after the term and I wanted to look around at some other programs prior to paying for anything.
