Hi, I am running Windows XP Pro in a computer, I get the bluescreen error with error codes 0x0000008E (0xc000001D, 0x806B1364, 0xf617EAE4, 0x00000000). Thats how exactly it shows me on the blue screen. When i went to microsoft support website it says it has got the resolution for the problem but i couldnt find the download patch on the website. Can anyone please let me know from where i could download the patches?? I would be greatly indebted to you if you could provide me the link to the download or resolution of this problem.
Secondly my system restarts by itself several times, I thought it could be due to over heating and since then i normally keep the computer off for atleast 10 hours in a day. But still the system restarts by itself. Is there any problem with the PSU or is it due to the WinXP error’s which i am getting?
Please let me know how could these 2 problems be solved.
