Error Downloading Shapes in Visio 2007

I have a user that is getting an error trying to download Visio Web Shapes in Visio 2007.

Error is
1. Visio Web Shapes – Web server error. Try your search again later.

I’ve looked on MS kb and couldn’t find any relevant information, and google didn’t yield much help either.

Anyone help me with this one? Thanks.
