Error installing a HP Printer.

I’m trying to install a HP Officejet T45 printer onto a Windows 95 machine. I receive the following message everytime after a reboot and shutdown: “You must reboot your computer before reinstalling the HP Driver”. The program isn’t listed in Add/Remove programs. Look for any recommendations for a solution. Thank you!!
