Error message

You will have to forgive me if this question seems a little too simple, but I do not have a large background in Netware. I have two questions that are recieveing the same error messages all the time.

The Error message is call to NiosPageUnlock by module unknown failed.
Address 0x0062B0F2, Length 0X00000084

This message will appear when the users are trying to change a printer or are trying to open MS Word. What can I do to correct this error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
