Error Message When Attempting To Logon to WSBS 2003 Server

I get this error mesage when I attempt to logon to the WSBS 2003 server from a client computer:-

Windows cannot locate your Server Copy o0f your Roaming Profile and is attempting to Logon with your Local Profile.

Can anybody shed some light on what is causing this problem?
