error messages after downloading driver

I downloaded a 8.5 MB video driver(Rage Pro version 5.35.002)Now every time I start up my computer, I get two error messages..Could not load teh interface to MHPEBC.DLL Try restarting or reinstalling Microsoft Graphics Studio. Then another box pops up..The MHPEBC.DLL file is linked to missing export MFC42.DLL:6880 I tried uninstalling this driver, doing a scan disk, defragging, etc..nothing works!! (And don’t tell me to reinstall Microsoft Graphics, because I can’t find it). I have an HP Pavilion with Windows 98. Please help!!
