Error mirroring

I have an SCSI Adapter Adaptec Ultra 160 Model 29160, with 3 disks Seagate Cheetah ST39204LW, when i install Windows nt 4.0 and then try to establish a mirror, it’s give to me an hardware error when executive services are starting, the code is “unknown hard error c0000221” I’ve change the SCSI Adapter and give me another similar error, my question is: “Is there any problem reported anywhere about this products with NT?”.
