error msg. kernel32.dll

hi,

when i try to open my computer i get the message:

EXPLORER CAUSED A STACK FAULT IN MODULE KERNEL32.DLL AT 0202304405….

my anti virus is updated
in one of my checks i saw that one of my fat files is damaged.
