Error printing web pages

We have an HP4050TN that when a user tries to print a web page (from either IE or Netscape) the client will lock up with a fatal exception error. You then have to reboot to get the browser to work again. I am using the HP PCL 6 driver.
This happens in both Win95 & 98 haven’t noticed NT doing it.
