Error while reconnecting . The local device is already in use

I am having problems to connect to one of the shares on the microsoft server 2003 standard edition. The server has a number of shares and i am able to connect to the others properly without a problem. But this particular share when i try to acess it , i am receiving the error that local device is already in use. anyone with an idea how i can resolve this problem ?
