ethernet driver question

Hi,

I have recently re installed windows xp on my dimension 4550.

In device manager I get yellow exclamation marks next to the following:
-Ethernet Controller
-Multimedia Audio controller
-PCI Simple communications controller

Each has the message in properties “this device is not configured properly (Code 1)”

This means I can’t plug in my ethernet to gain wan/lan access. I have tried using the cd provided but no luck with re installing the drivers. Can you point me to the ones I need?
