ethernet (network) and wireless (printer access) on the same machine

Hello, I have a Vista machine connected to the local network via ethernet. I also need to allow it to connect wirelessly to a wireless print server. Is it possible to have 2 tcpip connection on a machine simultaneously? If so, how do I configure it?
