Ethernet vs Token Ring

We have an application running on a server with a Token ring card and some users have an ethernet card and the others a token ring card. All the users with Ethernet, cannot see the application on the server (they cannot see the server neither). Thislittle server is not our main server because the main server is been seen by everybody. Can we put an Ethernet AND Token Ring card on the same machine so that everybody will be able to see it??? Help!!!
