evdo router and windows 2003 server

i have a windows 2003 server with a domain set up. the dhcp server is set up on this computer as well but i need internet access on all the computers. my only choice for internet access is evdo sprint. i have the d link dir 450 router how can i have it so that i disable dhcp on the router and still allow every one on the network get internet?
