Event ID 5774

I have a windows 2000 server and I keep getting event id 5774. I found a KB article that explains how to fix this 284963 and I fixed TCP/IP properties as stated. However, I still get this event ID, not as often, but it seems every time I re-boot the server. I get them all in a row, as many as I have workstations. ANy further suggestion on what this is and how I can fix it?
