Event ID: 7016

I have several NT 4.0 servers with SP5 running Oracle 7.3.4 applications. Event Viewer always shows some Event ID 7016 error, Source: Service Control Manager. Discription: “……(application Name) service has reported an invalid current state 0”. This problem causes service to stop. I have to manually start them again. Anybody know what cause this find of errors?
