EVENT ID 7031 – – -HELP!!!!!!

Intermitently i get my site shutting down and cannot figure out the reason why.
I am running the site on IIS which is installed on 2000 server( all have latest ervice packs). The database which the site is accessing is running on SBS. Unfortunately i cannot seem to get any other indications of what the cause might be!”!!!!!! HELP
