Event Log Critical/Warning Notification Programs?

Hi Guys, We would like some help with trying to find a way , rather than checking individual event logs individually (With around 30 servers) – Would there be a program that could tell us when an urgent notification should be addressed? For example if a certificate was about to expire the program would notify of this to an E-Mail address or something?
