Exam 70-270 vs 70-270se

Is there a difference between these two exams (70-270 vs 70-270se). I took the exam test software from Measure Ups Exam Cram and I Ace it everytime. I take one from Microsoft, powered by Measure up and I get low scores. Why is that? The only difference I can see on the score sheets is 70-270 vs 70-270se. I don’t want to go and take the wrong exam and I don’t want to take it before I am ready. I thought I was ready, but now I don’t know. There is a little more detail in the Microsoft software I got out of my text book.
