Excel 2003 Hyperlink Issue

I’m trying to hyperlink a single work in a sentence that is all within one cell. So far, I’m only able to link to the entire cell/sentence. Example: Can techrepublic answer this question? With techrepublic underlined/highlighted as the hyperlink. All within a single cell. Any ideas?
