I am having a wrap text problem. I have created a costing spread sheet. In column A (width 75.00 530 pixels),wrap text is activated, using true type arial font size 11. When text is written up to cell width limit with the last character of the last word even in the first line of the cell almost touching the cell wall it wraps it into the next line of the cell, sometimes it sizes a second blank line into the cell. Or when text exeeds the first line it hides the text in the second line, then having to use Auto size function to correct the cell height. When printing or using print preview I have a single line of text and a very unsightly blank line. Since I have 100 plus rows with many of the cells having up to 3 lines of text it makes it very frustrating having to manualy resize cell heigts in order to create a presentable costing to my clients.
It also has the same problem when there is 3 lines of text, I end up with 2 lines of text and 1 blank line in print or print preview. I know I could use multiple cells to overcome this, I also use drop down menues in column a with multiple choices for different products which interacts with prices in column b so it is not realy an option either, also it just does not seem right. Has anyone got an answere for these problems?
