excel file from SharePOint in desktop app

Dear all, I kindly ask for your support. I cannot open an excel file from a sharepoint in the desktop app.
I have already unckecked “Ignore Other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange(DDE)”. The file is not corrupted. Even if I uploade a new one, the situation is the same, I cannot open it in the desktop app.
