I hope I am posting in the correct place.
A user has created a spreadsheet. Since then, the users printer has changed. I have set the default settings to pick up Tray 2 where our plain paper is located. When the user prints from this spreadsheet, it prints from Tray 3 (which holds our letterheaded paper).
I’ve firstly checked the printer settings on the server, and the defaults are set to Tray 2. I’ve also checked these settings on the PC itself to ensure that the settings are being pulled through (which it does). I’ve then proceeded to check the settings within the spreadsheet which shows as “auto tray select”.
When I have created a new spreadsheet and entered random data, this prints on plain paper.
The user has several spreadsheets that have been created before the new printer was installed. Is there a simple way to make these spreadsheets print to the defined tray without having to go through each one and change it that way?
