Excell files won’t open for 1 user on Server 2008

windows cannot find ‘c:\users desktop…etc.

I have 25 users on the server, no matter where i try to access any excell file, whether it is located in her profile, or on a shared folder of another profile, terastation, I get that error. Doesn’t do it with word, just excell. No other user has that problem…..stumped?

Any ideas
