Excess/unusable monitors

I have several excess/unusable serial port monitors that I cannot use, nor find anyone interested in purchasing them. I have looked at several companies on the Internet that will take them, but it costs more money to ship them there than they are worth. What other options are there besides throwing them in the trash?
