Exchange 2003 edb corruption

Hi all,
To me broke recently the server which contained both files, and exchange post data. The backup copy could return exchange databases, and I could take all user data except one mailbox which has e-mails with appendices, but any contents in e-mail body. Esutil reports that edb the file is in the dirty state. Whether there is an instrument of repair which can correct a database, it is in the dirty state now?
Exchange version – An exchange 2003 with a service pack 2 of the established.
Any help would considerably be appreciated.
