Exchange 2003 – Forwarding emails

by roblamb . Updated 17 years, 6 months ago

I have 2 questions relating to the forwarding of an email account in Exchange Server 2003. I have set 1 user to forward all mail to a yahoo account as well as delivering to recipients mailbox.

1. How can I forward messages that recipient is Cc or Bcc? These do not seem to be forwarded.

2. Some of the emails are not being delivered to the forwarding address because of a relay issue. Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. What’s the problem? See the NDR below:

Subject: ??????????

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Recipient on 20/01/2009 15:34
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient’s email server. Please contact your system administrator.
