Exchange 2003 hdd data recovery ?

We lost the connection from the exchange server 2003 to the storage , so we lost the drives , we establish the conection to the storage bat now we can’t see the disk , and if we go on initialization of hdd in disk management all the data from the disk will be delete , so what is the solution to see all the hard drives and to save the data on them .
