Exchange 2003: Message delivery confirmation in a loop

by gunther.imbrechts . Updated 18 years, 10 months ago

Dear all,

One of my users receives several times a week a message delivery confirmation sent by postmaster to notify her that a message has been sent. Unfortunately, the confirmation is always about the same message and I don’t know how to stop this issue, couldn’t find anything when googling. It’s like in some sort of loop where it can’t get out. Does anybody know what to do with this problem? This is the original delivery report:

Thanks a lot for your help,
