Exchange 2003 Migration

I am running a single front-end Exchange 2003 server with a 2 node Exchange cluster on the back-end. Node 2 in the cluster has failed and cannot be repaired due to a hardware failure.

I want to migrate away from my current setup and hardware to new hardware and a configuration of a single front-end server and a single back end server.

How or what is the best method to go about achieveing this? The Exchange servers do NOT run AD.
