Exchange 2003 recovery

We have 2 exchange servers in our organization.
We have taken the backup of one exchange server information store through ntbackup.
We are trying to restore it to the other exchange server through ntbackup. But after selecting the second exchange server in the restore windows , it is giving the error that the specified server is not an exchange server.

Can anyone please suggest on this
