Exchange 2003 Uninstall

I have installed Exchange 2003 in a domain and add add the entry to my main domain. Now i have formatted my Exchange 2003 server and tried to install again. Its not allowing me to install and asking me to remove the Connection from ADS main Domain.

Please help me how to remove the Exchnage 2003 domain name from the Main Domain Server.
