Exchange 2003 Uninstall

When i am trying to uninstall, its displaying a error message [setup failed while installing sub-component Microsoft-Exchange-Organization Container Object with error code 0x80072030( Please contact the installation logs for a detailed description). You may cancel the installation or try the failed step again.]

Please help me out in resolving this problem to uninstall this exchange server 2003 in my server.
