Exchange 2003 virus in C:\windows\temp\gthrsvc

Hello,

Our exchange server has savcorp 10 installed it continuously gives warning about some down loader found in C:\windows\temp\gthrsvc directory. The file names usually ends with .htm . Savcorp does clean the file. I know that \temp\gthrsvc is used as a temporary storage while exchange indexes the storage group. I did ran a full scan but i still get the warnings. How can i fix this issue? Any help would be appreciated.
