Exchange 2003 web interface?

hi there

how can i create a web interface for accessing emails in my Exchange 2003 Server on my LAN. i want employes to be able to view there emails from any computer in the LAN by accessing a web interface that makes them login to view email.

does MS Exchange 2003 facilitate that?
