Exchange 2007

Installing Exchange 2007 onto Windows 2008 Standard server – 64 bit. Receive error – you do not have permission to read the security description. I am installing from a cd and not from a command line. I do not have any way to designate which drive to install application. I would like help asap as management is getting tired of waiting.
