our company just migrated from exchange 2003 to exchange 2007, and our eu are experiencing activesync errors on their mobile devices .. rpc/http works fine & owa work fine as well from either inside or outside the company network
the mobile users are getting 0x85030027 error code, something about obtaining a certificate ..
we’ve tried to install CA on our server, and we have purchased an all purpose certificate from a public root CA, and have imported to the exchange server …
our eu have requested user certificates on our company workstations from our private root CA and imported it to their mobile devices, it was imported as root cert and not personal cert .. one of the mobile devices is a samsung blackjack .. we’ve tried to change the authenticating method for ms-mobile-activesync to windows integration and that did not resolve the issue ..
