I have a problem resulting from an incomplete migration from a Windows 2003 SBS running Exchange 2003 to Windows 2008 SBS running Exchange 2007. The Exchange 2003 was never decommissioned and clients are using Outlook 2003.
The problem is with users that user accounts and mailboxes created before the migration. They can not see each others free/busy information in the Outlook 2003 scheduling. However, if a new user account and mailbox is created the free/busy information is visible to all users.
When I run the command:
get-publicfolder -Identity “\NON_IPM_SUBTREE\SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY” -Recurse | fl name,Replicas
I get the following output:
Name : SCHEDULE+ FREE BUSY
Replicas : <>
Name : EX:/”Our Domain”/ou= Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)
Replicas :
Name : : EX:/”Our Domain”/ou= first administrative group
Replicas : < Public Folder Store
In ADSIEdit the CN= Schedule+ Free Busy Information – first administrative group
Replicas : < Public Folder Store
