Exchange 2007 Reporting

We have a client that would like to report on the users of an exchange 2007 server. Mainly on their usage during the day to make sure they are not just emailing eachother all day. Is there anything availiable to use or does anyone have any scripts / tips /tricks that would do the job. Many thanks in advance
