Exchange 2k3 POP3/IMAP virual servers start after reboot

I’ve got several clients running Exchange 2003 and some of them are using POP3 & IMAP4, anytime I reboot the server, the actual Exchange Services startup fine, but I keep having to go into System Manager and start the Exchange virtual servers.
Does anyone have any ideas how to get these servers to just start up on their own?
