Exchange 2k3 Server NDR report

Hello,
I’m a fairly new exchange 2k3 server administrator and I have come upon a question.

When an email does not get through and System Administrator is sent the NDR report it comes to my e-mail account. Is there anyway for this email to be sent to both me and the original sender? If so where can this be configured? Also are there any good direct links to websites that deal with exchange 2003 and configuration issues such as this one?
